Hi!, and welcome to my site Creating Online Profits. My name is John Robert Nyce, but am known as Bob to my friends and family.
The goal of this site is to help as many people achieve their goals of supplementing their income, or becoming self employed, and freeing themselves from the 9-5 grind while avoiding many of the scams and pitfalls I have endured.
I have been involved with internet marketing in some form or another since 2001 when I began playing around on Ebay, buying and selling everything from spotscards, antiques, jewerly and electronics, and continue to do so today but more so for fun.
I went the route of drop shippers in 2002 with little luck, and decided that online auctions could put some extra cash in my pocket, but wasn’t going to help me achieve my goal of getting out of answering to my boss and being a slave to the old 9-5.
In February of 2003 after finishing my shift at work, I was driving home when I started getting a severe burning sensation in the center of my chest. Indigestion or heatburn for sure I thought. Then the profuse sweating began followed by the inability to lift my left arm. Could it be? Was I really having a heart attack? Couldn’t be I was only 42 years old, but all the symptoms were there. I quickly pulled into a WaWa store grabbed a pack of aspirin, threw $2 on the counter , popped them in my mouth and drove the final 5 miles home. (stupid me,the hospital was 6 miles the other way). Upon arriving home I told my wife that I thought I may be having a heart attack. Need less to say she was concerned, and insisted I go to the hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital all the symptoms had subsided, and I considered driving back home, but only briefly as I knew had I returned home without being checked out by a doctor I would have been better off dead than feeling the wrath of my wife. To make this already long story short, I was told by the doctors after some testing that I did indeed have a heart attack. I spent 2 more nights in the hospital and was shipped to the city where they placed 4 stents in my arteries.
It was during those nights in the hospital I realized how close I had come to being another statistic, and leaving my wife without a husband, and my 5 children without a father. I realized how important my family was to me and how little time I actually got to spend with them. I knew it was time to get serious.
I started devouring all the information I could get my hands on about making money online. software, ebooks, listening to webinars and podcasts. I joined every mailing list I could find related to the subject. So now I was going to reach my goal right? Not even close. I was what is sometimes described as information overload. I was so overloaded with information I couldn’t move, didn’t know what to next. So I decided I didn’t have what it took be to an internet marketer and gave up.
That was until in the summer of 2007 when I came across an ebook that would change everything. I was hesitant at first to put out the money since I had been burned before and had spent well over seven thousand dollars on other products that did nothing or very little for me. I read the sales page over and over during the course of 3 days and finally clicked the buy button. From start to finish the book gave me a totally different view of internet marketing. I read all 236 pages in one sitting and then read it again the very next day. I slowly started implementing the tactics described and set a goal for myself to have both myself and my wife working from home by the end of 2008. The author of the book is Rosalind Gardner and the book is Super Affiliate Handbook and it was the best forty seven dollars I have ever spent.
Since that day thins have been looking up. As I’m sure you know there are no get rich quick methods that work, no magic beans unless you’re lucky enough to hit the power ball lottery.

Hopefully we can grow together, and realize our dreams and goals together. All of the products I review and recommend are ones I have bought and use myself. I am not a millionaire or even care if I ever become one. I just want to live out my days on my terms with the people I love, and help others achieve whatever their goals are.

I will end this rambling with some valuable words I received from a friend and fellow marketer Frank Haywood gave to me when I was struggling. He told me It doesn’t have to be perfect, just get something out there, Take action!!!
